Case Study: Sally
This case study invovles a woman who has experienced a stroke and is unable to communicate effectively. It is proposed that the creative occupation of drawing be taught as an alternate means of communication. This intervention could potentially increase coordination in her involved arm, allow for an adpated mode of communication, and provide a skill that may be used for social participation.
